Pre TXP PDI Bike Registration Form

It is a compliance and legal requirement that all OSET Bikes have a PDI carried out prior to the customer receiving the bike. This form must be completed in full and submitted to OSET to activate the extended 6 month warranty.

Failure to do this will result in the standard 60 day warranty applying to the bike. Continued failure to complete the PDI inspection and submit this form may result in the removal of OSET dealer status

IT IS THE DEALER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO FULLY COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THIS FORM TO OSET UK WITHIN 15 WORKING DAYS OF THE BIKE PURCHASE DATE TOGETHER WITH A COPY OF THE CUSTOMER SALES RECEIPT 

IF THIS FORM IS NOT SUBMITTED, OSET WILL NOT PROVIDE THE EXTENDED 6 MONTH WARRANTY COVER AND THE BIKE WILL ONLY BE COVERED BY THE STANDARD 60 DAY WARRANTY
